Nicole Kaseri
The First Woman in Greece Specializing in Human Biomechanics
I was a Judo champion, but after suffering a serious knee injury, I underwent surgery.
For eight years, I stopped all athletic activity because of the pain. By improving the way I stand and move, I was able to live pain-free again!
Today, I specialize in Human Biomechanics and am dedicated to helping people move and exercise more effectively. Exercise is a powerful tool for improving quality of life. Let me show you how!
How I Overcame Chronic Pain
From Injury to the Creation of
Athens Biomechanics
“For ten years, I was a Judo champion.
A serious knee injury and surgery led to eight years of chronic pain and a search for solutions.
Human Biomechanics and the Functional Patterns method helped me identify the cause of my pain and change the way I move.
By changing my own movement patterns, I overcame chronic pain.
My personal experience changed not only my professional path, but also my purpose in life.
That is why I created Athens Biomechanics: to help people change the way they move, address chronic pain, and achieve greater functionality and musculoskeletal health.
My journey began with pain.
Yours can begin today.”

My personal story with
Functional Patterns
The crazy part about these results is most of you will see this and say so what, some bones were sticking out a bit and now they aren’t. What most of you are forgetting is that we are all heading towards more and more entropy. Our bodies are on a path of disorder.
The better your structure is held together by its neuro-myofascial system and the less bones you have sticking out the longer your body can fight against this disorder. It’s something most of you will gloss over and realize it might be too late to get off the exponential entropy train because you choose to ignore these changes.
For everyone else with foresight who see these results and say, I need this now, I’ll see you at the top. Great work here by FP HBS
