I was born with pediatric encephalopathy and hemiparesis, and from a young age, I experienced epileptic episodes. I was always overweight and eventually reached 142 kg. For 16 years, I did physical therapy to improve my movement, as I had a limp when I walked. In 2020, I decided to undergo a gastric sleeve surgery to lose weight. Although I managed to lose weight, my walking didn\u2019t improve significantly, and I still felt limited in my movement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\u00a0<\/p>
The real change came when I did 6 sessions with Nikoletta, using the Functional Patterns method. In just a few weeks, the difference in my walking was remarkable. People around me immediately noticed how much my gait had improved, and I felt a significant change both physically and in my confidence. The sessions with Nikoletta changed the way I move and helped me feel much more comfortable and natural in my body.
