years, I suffered from persistent neck pain. My neck would \u2018lock up,\u2019 leaving me unable to move. I relied on painkillers and anti-inflammatory medication just to get through everyday life. By 2017, my symptoms had become even more severe. I couldn\u2019t sleep because of the neck pain, and I experienced migraines and dizziness throughout the day. I also had lower back pain and numbness in my right hand.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Following a neurosurgeon\u2019s recommendation, I underwent neck surgery. I felt better for the first few weeks, but the severe symptoms eventually returned. I started online FP sessions, as I was also experiencing knee pain and was unable to work.<\/p><p>From the very first sessions, the dizziness and pain in my shoulders and arms decreased significantly. I can now sleep normally again. I no longer feel dizzy during the day, my lower back pain has improved, and I can move freely and naturally again. I no longer need medication just to \u2018get through the day,\u2019 and I feel very strong. I\u2019m grateful to FP and Nikoleta.
