After surgery, I carefully followed my doctor\u2019s advice and tried various forms of physiotherapy, yet the pain persisted, often reaching 8\u20139\/10 even during simple activities such as walking or climbing stairs. Over time, the constant pain and fear led me to stop all physical activity, and for eight years I struggled with anxiety, avoiding anything that might aggravate my injuries. I also occasionally experienced neck pain at a level of 7\u20138\/10.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In 2019, I discovered Functional Patterns by chance, and it completely changed my life. Through the FP method, my pain gradually decreased, and by 2020, for the first time in years, I was completely pain-free. I could move freely, run, and enjoy activities I thought I had lost forever.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Seeing these results in my own journey with chronic pain inspired me to help others find that same freedom from pain. Today, I am healthier than ever, having overcome not only pain but other long-standing health issues as well. I naturally regulated my thyroid function, overcame chronic digestive issues, and reached a stable weight of 48 kg.<\/p><p>I now live pain-free, with the goal of maintaining balance and improving my overall health every day.
